The staff here was very attentive, both at check in and in the morning. We particularly noticed their attention to detail in keeping things fresh full; the 24 hour tea service had 6 nice full boxes of tea available. I woke up early to see sunrise and had fresh, hot and actually good coffee. A bit later we went to check the breakfast and were pleasantly surprised that they actually had a real commercial kitchen to prepare their breakfast; it wasn’t coming out of a dingy laundry room like some places try to pull off! We noticed 3 staff that all said “good morning,” they were keeping the breakfast stocked and the cafe tables cleaned promptly. It was surprisingly refreshing to see hospitality for what usually seems to be an afterthought. And the food was done well; the OJ was actually delicious…we were just surprised because we usually never partake in a hotel breakfast because so many are so poorly executed. Thank you for doing it well! Also, this place had nice up-north decor and was particularly clean and tidy. We also enjoyed a nice hot tub after a long day of traveling around. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever up that way again.

I enjoyed my two night stay at the Quality Inn. The staff was great, very accommodating and kind, the property was clean, and beds comfortable. It obviously needs some maintenance outside, railings are loose and a few exterior updates would be great. It was a good breakfast, hot food, along with the standards like yogurt, pancakes some waffles, etc. I would stay at this property again. It's a great spot to catch a sunrise too!

Hair on shower walls Froome previous guest(S). Some ugly-looking repairs on the walls. Room coffee tastes bad. Area outside could be beautiful. However there is trash all over. And the constant stream of highway noise wouldn't be nice to enjoy the outside anyway. Good thing I'm not here for vacation.

Room was nice, clean,warm. The view of the lake was great; it being winter , couldn't tell much about the property but it seemed like a good location. Not in town so had to go about 5-10 minutes to get to a store. When I booked I didn't know the rooms had outside entrances and one had to go outside to get to the main lobby for breakfast,pool, fitness ctr--luckily the weather was not bad Staff that I interacted with were pleasant and helpful.
