Your breath will be taken away as soon as you see the views of our beautiful lower lever apartment, you can hang out on the private back porch with a glass of wine and soak in the hot tub with the sun going down. Chill out in the spacious living room with a beautiful stone fireplace and comfy leather couch, surround sound stereo and a nice size tv will relax you and take you away. We have a wonderful book collection, and keep your stride going with our bike, just bring your password and shoes and ride away. Our bedrooms are cozy with comfortable beds, we have taken care that our place is spotlessly clean. The one bedroom has Peloton bike with a large cedar walk-in closet, the other bedroom has the bathroom.

Another incredible stay!
This was our second visit to Jim and Natalie’s property. That should be all I need to say! They have every detail covered! The property is very clean and comfortable. The views are amazing! The hot tub is a great way to begin and end your day. We are looking forward to our next trip!

Restorative stay with hot tub and spectacular view of the mountains
The property was impeccably clean and easy to access to the downstairs apartment. The stone path was well lit at night. The most majestic sunset could be scene thru the owner’s front door as we drove into their driveway so as we walked down the stone path onto the patio we stood in awe at the beautiful view of the mountains as the sun was setting. A perfect backdrop for an evening soak in the hot tub as well as watching the morning sunrise. The apartment was well appointed with snacks and continental breakfast foods & fruit. Coffee, juice & filtered water. Two bedrooms were separated by a living room with a working gas fireplace and extremely comfortable leather sofa. The beds & pillows were the perfect firmness for a restful & restorative sleep. The bedrooms also had magnificent views of the mountains. This is ten out of ten rating!! Will definitely want to return. Thank you Jim & Natalie for your gracious hospitality.

HUGE view - better than the photos
Loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat! It was hard to tear ourselves away from the swivel rockers on the porch - and that incredible view. Oh my gosh, that wide open view - the photos don’t do it justice! And the sunsets - holy cow! It’s especially clean, comfortable and has plenty of room. The mini kitchen was handy. Hosts left lots of thoughtful snacks, toiletries, robes, towels, etc. The internet connection was great but we never figured out the tv. Location is very convenient to Asheville, Hendersonville, and the gorgeous waterfalls in the Brevard /Pisgah State Forest area. Might just have to come back here every year!

Place was cozy, comfortable and clean. It is located close to multiple hiking trails. Owner is easy to reach, responsive and gave great recommendations for hiking trails. Stunning sunsets off the porch.

Jim and Natalie are great hosts! Right when you get there and throughout the trip they make sure that they communicate with you about any needs you may have. The view and hot tub was great. The place is very nice and clean as well. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others!

Exceptional stay
We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was as advertised. The property was very clean and inviting. The hot tub in the mornings and evenings is a plus and the view from inside and outside porch is incredible. We met the hosts and they were very nice and welcoming. Overall an incredible stay and would without a doubt stay again.

TRULY AMAZING IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY
Out hosts were wonderful truly welcoming. The accommodations were almost as beautiful as the view. Seriously, the view is SPECTACULAR, and the hot tub is glorious after a long day. We cannot wait to go back.

Beautiful home, Beautiful view
From the beginning, our host was very communicative, helpful, and accommodating, even with a schedule modification. We had clear instructions for arrival and had no issues once we arrived. The home space is so beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The view is stellar, looking out over Mills River and surrounding area. Details were attended to, as we even had personal care kits waiting on the bedside. We didn't get to spend a lot of time here, but the quiet, private environment was a much needed refuge each night. Definitely recommend this rental for a private, upscale abode high on the mountain.

Pampered Paradise with a View
We reserved this tucked-away-under-a-beautiful-home piece of western NC paradise for a post-vacation getaway - mission accomplished. Jim and Natalie have blended so many small thoughtful details with a beautiful vista view - from their hot tub! If you're from a flat home area, the first trip up the driveway is a bit eye opening, but it's soo worth it! When you enter, the sandal/cedarwoord scent is a match to the immaculate preparation. After 4 miles hiking Chimney Rock, it was truly wonderful! A bottle of Vino awaits. Kick on the fireplace after a gorgeous sunset. A grill is on standby for a dining-in night, too. Super comfy bed - also with a view :-) We will be back!! Dave & Tracy Charleston SC

Things were going great...wouldn’t recommend
Learned my lesson about staying at someone else’s property. Don’t do it. Place was listed for 4 people. Checked in for 2 let the host know i had 2 people coming on Saturday. Host said it was fine then Saturday night about 10pm told me I owed an additional $200 (on a 3rd party website) I paid out of fear of being kicked out with a new born. The next morning I read the rules and realized I was covered for 4 people. I told them I needed to be refunded and their response was, “ I have more towels and beds now and it’s more work because I have someone coming in today you won’t be refunded” Super classy. I will get my refund. Hosts are not trustworthy.
