The staff allowed the noise in the lobby to continue going on with no respect for other guests. There was a large group of boys…a baseball team and the parents…that completely took over the pool and lobby area. This hotel has an indoor pool as a part of their open lobby. The noise was deafening on Friday and Saturday nights until 10 pm when the pool closed. We were visiting family and could barely carry on a conversation.

The air in my room was not working. I called the front desk, and a staff member came to the room and fiddled with it. The air began to work. Around 1 am, I woke up, and the air had stopped working again. I had an early morning, so I didn’t contact the office again. I had to get out early the next morning, but I had a very sleepless night.

We did not spend much time in the hotel on our visit, but the room was nice, the bed and linens were great. The breakfast was a little expensive so we found other places to eat. We did not want a buffet - too much food for us.
