This felt like a really safe area of Asheville, everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, and it was a good place for a short vacation. The elevator was not working on our building and at one point a hallway smelled of smoke but otherwise it seemed far better than other hotels in the area.

Was delayed at check in by rude customers fighting w front desk . It was a litte after midnight when i arrived didjnt get into room until almost 1 . Extremely frustrating delay after travel .
