We try to accommodate early check in’s for $25 per hour and can confirm only on the day of check in. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate late check outs. Unapproved early check-in or late check-out will result in a $50 fee.

**Shipping to the house is not guaranteed, since the home is not a primary residence, mail is forwarded.

We have a charcoal grill but just ask that you bring charcoal if you would like to use it.

We have two parking spaces available. Due to the amount of items left behind, we have a $30 fee plus the cost of shipping to ship these back to you.
Clean/cover grill after cooled. NO: parties, shooting guns, fireworks, poppers or equivalent. No access to the school bus or shed in the back yard.
1 dog under 30lbs with our pet fee! Keep your pup off the couch and beds. Bring food/water bowls. Keep your pup on a leash. No cats!
