Vi valde ert hotell utifrÄn informationen pÄ er hemsida, dÀr det tydligt framgick att bÄde café och restaurang skulle vara tillgÀngliga under vÄr vistelse. Vid ankomst upptÀckte vi dock att dessa faciliteter var stÀngda pÄ grund av personalbrist, utan att detta hade kommunicerats till oss i förvÀg. Detta orsakade oss stor olÀgenhet dÄ vi hade planerat att kunna Àta och dricka pÄ plats. Dessutom noterade vi att receptionen var obemannad efter klockan 16, och att det inte fanns nÄgon personal pÄ plats under kvÀllen för att assistera oss med frÄgor eller eventuella behov. Denna brist pÄ service var bÄde förvÄnande och frustrerande, sÀrskilt eftersom vi hade förvÀntat oss en högre standard av kundservice.
