Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Check-in / Check-out war unkompliziert und das Service-Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Das Apartment war für unsere Zwecke perfekt, schlicht und mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Schöne Sicht auf Ascona und den Lago Maggiore. Die 184 Treppenstufen waren das ideale Training ;)

Die Wohnung war super sauber, top ausgerüstet und alles wie beschrieben. Der Aufstieg (zu Fuss) erfordert eine gewisse Fitness aber man wird dafür mit der schönen Aussicht belohnt. Gerne wieder.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Leider ist es am Wochenende abends/nachts etwas laut. Wenn man mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist, hat man beim Rückweg immer einen sehr steilen Schlussanstieg. Insgesamt aber eine tolle Unterkunft.

Schöne Wohnung, schöne Aussicht. Man muss ohne Auto fit sein, da es zur Wohnung 10min steil hochgeht. Schuhwerk ebenfalls gutes mitnehmen, viel Kopfsteinpflaster und steile Abhänge oder Treppen.

Alles Tip Top, gute Lage, schöne Aussicht, schöne grosse Wohnung, grosses Badezimmer, zweckmässige Küche, Balkontisch etwas klein für 2 Personen. 198 Treppenstufen von Ascona zur Liegenschaft, aber das hält fit. Brot- Brötchenservice jeden Tag, Lieferung direkt vor die Wohnungstür (Lieferant aus Losono) es gibt bessere Bäckerein in Ascona

Dommage que la résidence ( descriptif, informations, réservation du pain et viennoiserie) et les chaînes de TV soient faites uniquement pour les suisses alémaniques et/ou les allemands , il y a aussi des suisses romands qui aiment le Tessin. Un micro onde serait utile dans le logement.

Für uns ging´s nicht besser

Wir waren mit wirklich allem sehr zufrieden! Der Blick vom Balkon auf Ascona und den Lago: super! (Allerdings gibt es auch Wohnungen in dem Haus mit eingeschränktem Blick, was für uns sehr enttäuschend und inakzeptabel gewesen wäre). Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon: einfach prima! Das Haus liegt auf halber Höhe des legendären Monte Verità, und man sollte die Historie dieses Berges kennen bzw. sich damit beschäftigen, um richtig einordnen zu können, was es bedeutet, genau hier zu "residieren".
