Christmas Break

Lovely house on the outskirts of St Jean. Bigger than it looks in the photos with 4 good size bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable 3-sofa living room. Bathroom needs updating but this is already planned for 2020. WIFI works great and garden is totally enclosed so we could let our dog out without any worries. Mr Lanchas, the next door neighbour, was brilliant and made us feel at home. Definitely recommend this house.

Emplacement idéal pour explorer la région

Les + : La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e au centre des visites. Grandes piĂšces de plain-pied et Ă©quipement mĂ©nager complet. Grande s.d.bains moderne avec double-vasque et WC (+1 WC indĂ©pendant ) : de quoi gagner du temps avant les visites ! Maison fraĂźche sous les grosses chaleurs. Grand jardin pour les enfants. Petits bĂ©mols : Route passante Ă  l'arriĂšre du jardin et donc bruits dĂ©rangeants dans la journĂ©e (mais pas ressentis la nuit fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es ). Literie en 140 et confort moyen. Dans l'ensemble, trĂšs bonne impression et satisfait du sĂ©jour. A refaire !..

Rapport qualité prix convenable

Nous étions 5 adultes et deux enfants, les chambres convenaient parfaitement . Tout était adapté, nous n'y vivions pas en journée, car le pays basque est tellement beau ! Que nous partions et nous nous retrouvions le soir à table et tous les ustensiles utiles à la réalisation du repas correspondaient à notre attente .

La maison est trĂšs fonctionnelle pour des vacances on peut noter 2 points noirs 2 lits ne sont pas confortables L exposition de la maison une route trĂšs frĂ©quentĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© non signalĂ©e sur l annonce, impossible de dormir avec les fenĂȘtres ouvertes, Ă  cette saison ce n est pas un problĂšme en Ă©tĂ© ça doit ĂȘtre un enfer Prix trop elevĂ© par rapport Ă  l emplacement.

Schönes großes Haus in guter strategischer Lage

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, groß und komfortabel. Es liegt aber an der Hauptstraße, man hört die die Autos und die Nachbarn sind keine Urlauber. GegenĂŒber ist leider eine hohe Mauer die die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Felder und den Fluss versperrt.

Sejour au top

Nous avons loué cette grande maison pour y séjourner une semaine, nous étions deux famille avec respectivement 1 et 2 enfants, elle a répondu à toutes nos attentes et bien plus. Vue imprenable sur la montagne de Rhune, à 15 minutes de l'Espagne et parfaitement équipée ( salle de bains au top, terrasse, jardins.... )Je précise qu'une personne était en fauteuil roulant et que la maison répond au norme PMR.

Idéalement placée pour rayonner dans le Pays Basque

Belle maison basque, entre Saint jean de Luz et Ascain

Maison dans un lotissement avec vue sur la Rhune. SituĂ©e dans une impasse, elle est au calme, malgrĂ© une route Ă  proximitĂ©. Une belle terrasse ensoleillĂ©e et une propriĂ©tĂ© close et arborĂ©e permettent de profiter du soleil local. L’intĂ©rieur est dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t dans le style basque.
