Nice place. Recent rehab. Very clean. Two decent sized bedrooms and one spare type room with an oversized couch someone could sleep. 8-10 minute walk through a Victorian area to beach. Same type walk to downtown. Four blocks from Stone Pony. Parking was easy outside on street. Place is on second floor via a stairway. Not a problem for us at all but heads up if this is an issue for you. Property owner is very helpful. This was a great place at a decent price point. Would rent again.
