We ordered room service for 9:15am so that we could sleep until then. Room Service started knocking on our door at 8am. We woke with the first knocking but since we weren’t expecting anyone we ignored it and tried to get back to sleep. A couple of minutes later they knocked again. I opened the door to find someone there with our order. When I explained that we’d order delivery for 9:15am not 8am because we needed to sleep, I was told they were so busy that they had to deliver early! We’d been up the previous morning at 4 and had a long flight ahead of us. I had to go back to sleep for another hour, at which point the omelet we order was cold, the oatmeal was cold, fat had congealed on the bacon, and the coffee was cold. The breakfast was a waste. I complained and was told I would receive a credit, but when I went to the front desk to check out they said they couldn’t put a credit on my credit card. Having to catch a flight, I couldn’t wait around to get them to figure it out. I left my email address at their request and they said they would email with regarding processing of the credit. I’m back home a week and have had no email from them.
