Personnel très accueillant, serviable et à l'écoute. Buffet petit déjeuner pour tous les goûts, beaucoup de choix. Petit bémol sur la propreté du fond de la piscine. Attention, il y a des logements sans vaiselle mais possibilité de louer une box vaiselle à l'accueil. Globalement très contents de notre week-end en famille.

Week-end de Pâques en famille

Séjour en famille. Le logement est à rénover mais ça ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un excellent week-end de Pâques. Les literies sont confortables. J’ai apporté de la vaisselle puisque rien n’est prévu dans les bungalows mis à part verres tasses et bouilloire. L’équipe est très sympathique. Le bar est top. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus. Le bémol est le buffet, nous avons eu assez à manger même si l’approvisionnement laisse à désirer mais franchement ne pas avoir de pain frais le matin ce n'est pas normal. Les repas sont dignes des cantines scolaires. Un petit effort de ce côté là est à effectuer.

Très satisfaite de notre sejour. J’avais bien lu les commentaires sur l’aspect vieillissant des bungalow mais cela n’a en rien perturbé notre séjour en location. Les logements sont grands et bien équipés. Les couchages sont très bien; lits confortables, draps et serviettes propres et doux, papier toilette à volonté. L’environnement est chouette et le personnel plutôt agréable. La piscine est chaude. La région est magnifique et la situation du village vacances est au top qu’on soit à pied, en voiture ou à vélo !

Séjour d’une semaine bien passé, malgré un souci d’équipement au sein du logement lié à une information erronée de la centrale de réservation. Le centre de vacances est très bien, piscine et aires de jeux. Le personnel de la réception a toujours été aux petits soins, l’équipe de ménage aussi. L’équipe d’animateurs est très très sympa et très professionnelle, les animations le soir et au club enfants étaient très parfaites ! Merci à tous!

Une des pires expériences de réservation pour nous. Quelque jours avant notre voyage, j’ai été contacté par la centrale de réservation Azureva pour nous informer qu’ils étaient obligés d’annuler notre réservation en raison d’un soit-disant dégât des eaux. Un appartement identique apparaissait une heure plus tard sur le site HÔTELS.com aux mêmes dates mais 150€ plus cher. Je suppose qu’il sont des habitués du surbooking et s’amusent à encaisser l’argent pour des locations fictives. C’est scandaleux !! Puis, après avoir mis des familles dans l’embarras (comment retrouver un logement correct en plein week-end du 15 août ??) il a fallu que je rappelle à plusieurs reprises pour qu’ils déclenchent enfin, au bout d’une semaine, la démarche de remboursement auprès de la plateforme de réservation Hôtels.com. Qui ont été quant à eux très réactifs en lançant le remboursement dans la journée. Azureva a une drôle de façon de fonctionner, à la limite de l’arnaque, étonnant que les plateformes collaborent encore avec cette entreprise, car nous ne devons pas être les premiers à avoir subi ce genre de mésaventure !

Établissement correcte mais pas entretenue. Piscine extérieur et toboggan fermés, pas entretenue. Terrain de mini golf difficilement praticable car herbe haute et mouvais herbes sur parcours. Logement basic, pas de terrasse aménagé, l’été dommage de pas profiter de l’extérieur….. Personnel aimable, accueil correcte.
