Week-end de PĂąques en famille

SĂ©jour en famille. Le logement est Ă  rĂ©nover mais ça ne nous a pas empĂȘcher de passer un excellent week-end de PĂąques. Les literies sont confortables. J’ai apportĂ© de la vaisselle puisque rien n’est prĂ©vu dans les bungalows mis Ă  part verres tasses et bouilloire. L’équipe est trĂšs sympathique. Le bar est top. Les extĂ©rieurs sont trĂšs bien entretenus. Le bĂ©mol est le buffet, nous avons eu assez Ă  manger mĂȘme si l’approvisionnement laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer mais franchement ne pas avoir de pain frais le matin ce n'est pas normal. Les repas sont dignes des cantines scolaires. Un petit effort de ce cĂŽtĂ© lĂ  est Ă  effectuer.

TrĂšs satisfaite de notre sejour. J’avais bien lu les commentaires sur l’aspect vieillissant des bungalow mais cela n’a en rien perturbĂ© notre sĂ©jour en location. Les logements sont grands et bien Ă©quipĂ©s. Les couchages sont trĂšs bien; lits confortables, draps et serviettes propres et doux, papier toilette Ă  volontĂ©. L’environnement est chouette et le personnel plutĂŽt agrĂ©able. La piscine est chaude. La rĂ©gion est magnifique et la situation du village vacances est au top qu’on soit Ă  pied, en voiture ou Ă  vĂ©lo !

SĂ©jour d’une semaine bien passĂ©, malgrĂ© un souci d’équipement au sein du logement liĂ© Ă  une information erronĂ©e de la centrale de rĂ©servation. Le centre de vacances est trĂšs bien, piscine et aires de jeux. Le personnel de la rĂ©ception a toujours Ă©tĂ© aux petits soins, l’équipe de mĂ©nage aussi. L’équipe d’animateurs est trĂšs trĂšs sympa et trĂšs professionnelle, les animations le soir et au club enfants Ă©taient trĂšs parfaites ! Merci Ă  tous!

Une des pires expĂ©riences de rĂ©servation pour nous. Quelque jours avant notre voyage, j’ai Ă©tĂ© contactĂ© par la centrale de rĂ©servation Azureva pour nous informer qu’ils Ă©taient obligĂ©s d’annuler notre rĂ©servation en raison d’un soit-disant dĂ©gĂąt des eaux. Un appartement identique apparaissait une heure plus tard sur le site HÔTELS.com aux mĂȘmes dates mais 150€ plus cher. Je suppose qu’il sont des habituĂ©s du surbooking et s’amusent Ă  encaisser l’argent pour des locations fictives. C’est scandaleux !! Puis, aprĂšs avoir mis des familles dans l’embarras (comment retrouver un logement correct en plein week-end du 15 aoĂ»t ??) il a fallu que je rappelle Ă  plusieurs reprises pour qu’ils dĂ©clenchent enfin, au bout d’une semaine, la dĂ©marche de remboursement auprĂšs de la plateforme de rĂ©servation HĂŽtels.com. Qui ont Ă©tĂ© quant Ă  eux trĂšs rĂ©actifs en lançant le remboursement dans la journĂ©e. Azureva a une drĂŽle de façon de fonctionner, Ă  la limite de l’arnaque, Ă©tonnant que les plateformes collaborent encore avec cette entreprise, car nous ne devons pas ĂȘtre les premiers Ă  avoir subi ce genre de mĂ©saventure !

Établissement correcte mais pas entretenue. Piscine extĂ©rieur et toboggan fermĂ©s, pas entretenue. Terrain de mini golf difficilement praticable car herbe haute et mouvais herbes sur parcours. Logement basic, pas de terrasse amĂ©nagĂ©, l’étĂ© dommage de pas profiter de l’extĂ©rieur
