Welcome to this lovely holiday home of 120m² located in Arzon, in a very peaceful environment in immediate proximity to the Gulf of Morbihan. Fully furnished and perfectly equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 travellers for a worry-free stay. You will appreciate its outdoor space with enclosed garden, fitted terrace and barbecue, ideal for enjoying the gentle summer evenings. Kervert and Fogeo beaches are accessible in less than 2 km, whilst the port and centre of Arzon are only 4 km away.



Pass through the front door and discover a beautiful living space of 35 m² with direct access to the terrace. The independent kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher), will allow you to prepare your meals as at home. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster as well as two coffee makers (a Nespresso and a Krups capsule machine). Share your meals around the kitchen table or prefer the one outside on fine days. In the evening, meet up in the lounge area, comfortably settled in the sofas around the decorative fireplace.



The accommodation has four bedrooms on the upper floor:

Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 × 190 cm), a wardrobe and a sink with mirror.

Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 × 190 cm), a chest of drawers and a sink with mirror.

Bedroom 3: a double bed (140 × 190 cm) and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 4: two single beds (90 × 190 cm) and a wardrobe.



The house includes two bathrooms: the one on the ground floor with a shower, the one on the upper floor with a bathtub and toilet. A second independent toilet is also available on the upper floor.



A washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron are at your disposal.



Three private parking spaces are reserved for you.
