Loved the room, very nice. Well cleaned. Only issue we had was with the front desk service. There are almost impossible to get on the phone. We had some reservations concerns but was put on hold several time and hung up on. Couldn’t resolve the issue until we physically was there then got a cold welcome and the people at the desk didn’t seem to want to be there. No hospitality. We not asking for special treatment but at least give us a smile and a welcome. It was like going through a McDonald’s drive through. It’s questionable if we ever decide to stay there again.

Our room was not very clean. There were stains on the wall and our bath tub did not drain. They did come and attempt to get it to drain. Breakfast was okay but the hot food was not hot at all.

This was the perfect spot for us to stay the night before our cruise. Check-in was easy, room was comfortable. The best part was the service the staff provided in getting us a taxi to the port. Will definitely book here again if/when we take our next cruise out of New Orleans!
