This home is just a 15 minute drive to the Taos Ski Valley and to the historic Town of Taos. Enjoy the stary evening sky's while soaking in the private hot tub. The town of Arroyo Seco is just a mile down the road with restaurants and shops.
Vista del Salto is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home on the highly desired Los Altos RD in Arroyo Seco New Mexico. It is just steps away from the indoor Club House heated swimming pool which is next to the tennis/basketball court.
Entering the front court yard there is a sitting area with Adirondack chairs and a chiminea where you can enjoy the mountain views. The chiminea will keep you warm on the cooler winter evenings.
The front door opens to an expansive area containing the living room, the kitchen, and the dining area; Mexican tiles cover the substantial room, as well as the rest of the house. Radiant heating warms the house in the winter. Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets while warming be the 2 kiva fireplaces in winter, spring or summer. There are 2 additional kiva fireplaces in 2 of the bedrooms.
The premier master bedroom is quite large with an adjoining bathroom and a large walk-in closet. French doors open to the west and to the hot tub which is a beautiful area from which the sunset and stars call.
A covered patio off the living room graces an area with a sunset view and Golden Aspens in October. It also houses a large table that seats six to eight people.
