Vista Grande del Valle

Percilla Lane is very private sitting on an acre of farm land with greenery all around for privacy except towards the west where you can watch the sunsets and stars from the hot tub or lounge chairs. On the east side it feels like you can reach out and touch the mountains.

The home has comfortable living furniture with a large fireplace. The bedrooms are all separated, king bedroom with spa like ensuite bathroom. The queen bedroom has a desk if work needs to be done and a door into the hall bathroom. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a double futon. The kitchen has a large gas range and oven, fully equipped with everything you need to stay in and cook. Outside there is plenty of patio furniture, a fire pit and gas BBQ. You will feel like you are in the country with views forever to the south and west and the mountains right out your front door, you are however only a bit over a mile from the artisan village of Arroyo Seco and the Ski Valley Road. The home sits roughly 11 miles from the Taos Ski Valley and 9 miles from the Taos Plaza.

What a fabulous place to stay! We had a family of five, and in laws and we were comfortable with plenty of space. The hot tub was a bonus after skiing and interior charm was perfect for the location. It felt like coming home! We had dinner at the kitchen table and watched movies and played games in the expansive living room. The proximity to the ski valley was a huge bonus! The kids loved the area and seeing the little farms and animals was so fun! We will definitely be coming back! Check in, and check out process we’re so easy!

The peace and quiet we were looking for

My wife and I were looking for a nice, quiet place to spend the week away from the hustle and bustle of life. We found it at this property. Huge home with all the amenities! Nice quiet location and only 20 minutes from Taos.

Wonderful House

We loved our stay at the truly beautiful Arroyo Seco home! The house has a relaxing southwestern charm and we had everything we needed to cook and relax. The house had plenty of space for our family of five, and the surrounding area was beautiful.

Amazing House and Property

The house is amazing with all the amenities you’d ever need for your stay. Quiet and secluded, but still very convenient to both Taos and Taos Ski Valley. This is our third stay and we always enjoy it here so much!

Great Rental!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house was clean and well appointed for cooking. The mattresses were comfortable. The location is superb. The views are amazing and the stars at night are spectacular. We even saw a herd of elk come through the yard one morning! I would definitely rebook this rental!

Amazing winter getaway

This home is really beautiful and cozy , the view is amazing , all the rooms comfortable. We decide to spend Christmas Eve away from home to ski in Taos , it’s super close to the resort and the house has plenty of space all the accommodations to cook dinner. We got in the hut tub as well . We love this place ! Thanks for having us will definitely come back .

Nice property but beware summer heat

Nice big place with all the fixins but one. Plenty of space and beds. Essentially midway between the Taos Plaza and Taos Ski Valley. All floors tile (radiant heated I assume). Decent size yard for the dogs (and a dog run), but we were there when it was hot (our bad) so the grass was crunchy. Being from NM myself, I get not watering a big yard. No a/c or evap cooler, which is typical for Taos. Very hot - 84 every day in the house, rarely under 75 even after the cool mornings. Very big pleasant place, however we would look for a different place in summer, say Angel Fire or Red River. The weather and my choices do not take away from an above average property.

Great family house

Perfect spot for our family of 6. Plenty of space for 4 kids. Very unique NM-style architecture with tile floors and passive cooling. No AC and controlling the temperature with the windows took a little getting used to in July, but just fine. Beautiful views in all directions. Maybe the best furnished house I’ve stayed in as far as supplies, good books to read, etc. One of our favorite rentals yet, would highly recommend!

Perennial Favorite

This is the 2nd year I've stayed here, and it was just as great this time! Me and a couple of friends plan to visit every year, to enjoy the scenery and enjoy some Spring skiing at Taos. The house couldn't be better, it has everything you could want and is amazingly comfortable. 5 stars!

Perfect place to stay!

This is our second time staying here and are definitely coming back! The house is always spotless upon arrival, property manager is very helpful and easy to get ahold of and the house has everything you need. The house has plenty of room for the entire family and is conveniently located between town and the ski valley. We can't wait to come back again next year!

Great, peaceful home

The house was wonderful. Plenty of space for family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with not just all the needed utensils and tools, but also lots of spices and staples like baking powder and flour. Plenty of towels, fans for white noise at night for every room. The heating system in the floor blew my mind with how efficient it was. Location is remote but still close enough to get to Taos quickly or go skiing all in under 20 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Arroyo Seco in September

This is a beautiful and comfortable home in the foothills above Arroyo Seco. The house feels open to the environment as views are provided by a dozen wall length panels in the living room as well as multiple panels in the master bedroom. There was a fenced in yard for our dog and a separate yard for our lounging, when we were home. We often used the well appointed kitchen. The home is well maintained, a little warm in the mid afternoon and provides a gracious introduction to the beautiful community around it.

What a gem.

My family’s me I loved this home. It’s hard to decide where to look as the views from this place are simply amazing. The closet we’ve stayed to Taos Ski Valley. The 10 min drive was awesome. 15 min to Taos for dinner turned out to be no big deal. The hot tube was the icing on several cake days we had. Can’t wait to get back!

Wonderful all around!

We had the most wonderful time! The house was clean, very well stocked, easy to find, and so quiet at night. Perfect for relaxing and just being together. We played many of the games in the house and enjoyed watching the clouds float over the mountains. Hummingbirds and chipmunks were an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again.
