This 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home welcomes you as soon as you enter the front door.
You feel the warmth of the living room, lots of seating with a cathedral ceiling, and fireplace. The dining room seats 10.
In addition, you have a sunroom and den, with beautiful lighting throughout.
The kitchen is large with everything you need to prepare any type meal or baking. A large grill is steps away off of the sunroom that offers seating and ocean views.
The den also has ocean views, a 62 inch flat screen smart TV, and sliders to a deck with lounge seating and fire pit around a beautiful oak tree and views.
4 large bedrooms, all with a private slider to a balcony views.
3.5 large bathrooms, two primary bedrooms en suite, with jacuzzi.
Laundry room, linen closest, and large walk-in closets.
Plenty of parking on the 1/2 acre property.
Our location is wonderful, minutes from Trader Joe, fabulous restaurants,
coffee cafe, shopping, nice food stores, and outlet shopping near by.

Grover beach & Grover Beach train station, Pismo Beach, Oceano Dunes and Park, & Shell Beach, Avila Beach. Fabulous restaurants with outdoor seating and take out dining overlooking the beach.
SLO is an easy no traffic 12 mile drive.

This home is filled with natural light through the many windows with water views, and gardens. We just changed out all new linens, towels, and kitchen equipment.
Our Rancho Grande neighborhood is lovely, with side walks and an amazing park on the hilltop.
California Fresh Market has a farm to table style, organics, fresh made take out foods, sushi bar, and juice bar.

SLO airport is 18 minutes away.

Great location! Close to Arroyo Grande downtown village and Trader Joe’s. Nice park nearby convenient for dog area. The house is older, but nicely furnished and reflects some updating.

A great, large space for gathering, just 5 minutes from the beach

I used the rental as a home base to explore the area for a month. In that time, I had a church staff there, then my family and a couple of friends here or there. This provided ample space in every bedroom for different configurations. Every bedroom has a balcony or great view. The owners were very nice and, outside of check-in or check-out, we didn’t communicate in-between, as there was little need. The kitchen had a lot of useful dishes and appliances. It was nice being away from the bustle of downtown Pismo while being close to the shopping centers. We cooked at the house often. The sunroom was great extra space for kids who were getting annoyed by the others, or for my workout room (which I brought up with me). The beds were very comfortable and all the bathrooms are quite large. The views were great. I was hoping to have some access to a garage or storage because we had a lot of outside/beach items but that was not possible. So not a big deal but I assumed it might be before I arrived. The house is .5 miles from a great park with basketball, volleyball and kids playgrounds. My kids walked there most days of the week. But the hill there is big, so it’s not an easy walk for those out of shape. About 1/2 mile away is a walkway down to a forest called the James Way trail. I was able to jog there in the mornings. It’s about a 2 miles jog through a forest once you arrive. It is very nice and can be accessed via a pathway from this neighborhood. The beach is a very quick 5 min drive up the freeway. The house sits on a hill with almost no obstruction looking toward the Pismo cove. It’s not easy to see the ocean because of the haze, but the view is still very nice. One suggestion: different couches in the main living room/tv area. All the others were comfortable, except the main one we used in front of the tv. It was not comfortable to sit on or lay on. Other then that: they supply a nice assortment of blankets and sheets and towels. You will have what you need there. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house and Janet was great to work with!

My family and I had a flood in our home and we needed a place locally to stay. We wanted something comfortable in town for us and our kids while construction was being done on our home. The house was spacious with wildlife visiting during our stay. Each kid had their own room and a yard to roam. Our pets were comfortable too. Janet was very communicative and accommodating to our circumstances. Glad we chose this rental for this stressful time.

Cozy Getaway

Such a great house! Super comfy and cozy and well appointed. It feels like your home away from home, great flow to the space, very spacious, and peaceful neighborhood. The property manager is fantastic, easy to get ahold of and super responsive! I was even able to extend my stay last minute when plans changed. Five stars all around!

I want to thank you Janet for letting us enjoy your home. Everything is close, stores, parks, and the beach is just a short drive. The house has everything you need and more, no problems at all. The views are great from all the bedrooms and the deck. This is California living at its best! The fireplace and the spa tub was a nice treat. Amazing property. House is very well equipped with everything you may need for your stay. Location is perfect, many stores nearby within walking distance. Beds are comfortable and house is clean. House is very well spread out for privacy from others. Lots of bathrooms and towels to use. Nothing beat the amazing views from every room. Will definitely keep this as a favorite for our next stay in this area. Owner and property manager were both extremely helpful and always available.

Spacious, clean, well furnished, well equipped kitchen (and in general). Keurig and standard coffee pot. Dining table can fit 10. Bright and airy. Lots of rooms to spread out. Laundry facilities.
