Mirador del Océano - Primer piso
Villa Atlántico is a spectacular property, ideal both for relaxing with family or friends, and for enjoying Lanzarote due to its exceptional location, tranquility and its unique design and decoration. The house is located just 200 meters walk from La Concha beach and the promenade, where you will find bars and restaurants of all kinds, and 100 meters from the Deiland shopping center, full of shops and supermarkets.
The upper floor has a huge living room with spectacular views of the sea, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a huge dressing room, two en-suite bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and shower) and two bedrooms with incredible views. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony with views.
It has high speed WIFI and Bluetooth speakers.
The ground floor is rented independently and both houses share the pool. The two floors can be rented together if desired (Villa Atlántico - Villasexperience). In this ad you are renting the upper part.
The terrace area, with a saltwater pool, has sun loungers for up to eight people. All the crystals in the house are refractive; during the day from the inside you can see the outside, but from the outside it leaves complete privacy inside.
