Located on the lake of the Charco de San Ginés, in a prime waterfront location, next to the new Marina Lanzarote, shops, cinemas, banks, shopping centers, and historic center. You can also find numerous bars and restaurants, the best tapas bar, and local wines: Tasca La Raspa. The location is unbeatable, to be right in the middle of the island, reaching both north and south and its magnificent beaches in just 20 minutes. Only 10 km from the airport and a free parking area nearby. The apartment modern and functional style, 60 m2, comfortable and is very bright and spacious with wonderful views. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with a large bath and laundry room, a large living room with a kitchenette and equipped and terrace with magnificent views.

Perfect for being in the thick of the atmosphere
Great size property, loved the atmosphere of being so close to all the action.
If people want early nights wouldn't recommend, but for those that enjoy the noise and hubbub of the atmosphere and slow lazy mornings its perfect.

Im Herzen von Arrecife
Die Ferienwohnung liegt über einer (empfehlenswerten) Tapas-Bar in einer Restaurant und Flaniermeile der Innnenstadt.
Wer eine ruhige, abgelegene Beherbergung sucht ist hier falsch. Das ist aber schon bei der Buchung deutlich erkennbar.
Wir wollten ist pralle Leben und zentral wohnen, für uns war es perfekt. Von Balkon hat man einen wundervollen Ausblick, kann die Kreuzfahrtschiffe im Hafen ein- und auslaufen sehen, den Trubel auf der Meile unter sich betrachten und dabei ein Glas Wein oder Bier genießen.
Die Restaurants in der Meile bieten durchweg gutes Essen zu guten Preisen an. Von Steak über Pizza, Tappas bis Burger ist für jeden was zu finden.
Zur Einkaufsmeile in der Innenstadt sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, sodass benötigtes unkompliziert besorgt werden kann.
Ab Mitternacht wird es ruhiger, sodass auch eine Nachtruhe gewährleistet ist.
Die Kommunikation mit FeWo und dem Vermieter war sehr gut.
Für uns war das eine perfekte Wahl, ich würde wieder hinfahren.

très bel appartement pour insomniaques
Procédure de récupération des clés très impersonnelle.
Découverte que le bel appartement était situé au dessus et àcôté de bars à tapas, donc 3 nuits sur 5 bruits jusqu'à au moins 3h du matin.
Demande d’un complément d’équipement (un jeu de serviettes de toilette ) qui n’a eu aucun effet.
Sinon effectivement bien situé ds la ville si on aime le bruit
