IMPLANTATION:
Recent house in rural area, 1.5 km from Arraiolos, is close to the historical cities of Évora (20 km), Montemor-o-Novo (20 km) and Estremoz (40 km).
The property occupies 5000 m2 and the house has 4 standard rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a large living and dining room, equipped with a traditional style and enjoying a cozy atmosphere.
In the outdoor space, there is in front of the house a large lawned garden with several plants and a fenced swimming pool (12m x 6.5m) with sun loungers and parasols. At the rear there is a large patio with various support equipment. Following this courtyard develops, on the hill, a vast wooded area from where you can enjoy a beautiful landscape.
In essence, the farmhouse offers an ideal accommodation for families or friends who seek to relax in the peace of the countryside, enjoying pleasant temperatures and a good social and cultural environment.

INTERIOR SPACE:
The interior of the building is elegant with 4 rooms with an ideal layout for groups of up to eight people, ensuring a good privacy. Each of the rooms is decorated with special attention. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, and another has twin beds. The bathrooms, with hot water, have both sink and toilet. The smaller one also has a shower and the biggest one even has a bidet and bathtub with shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything guests may need, such as kitchenware, oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with glacier and dishwashers and linen.
The living and dining room is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV (70 channels), internet with free Wi-Fi and coffee machine. At one end it has a sofa and two comfortable chairs, two small tables and a central fireplace. At the other end is a large table with chairs for 8 people and a cupboard.

OUTER SPACE:
Rear patio with barbecue, oven and supports. Wooded area and recreation area.
The front of the house has a large porch with rocking beds, a well-kept garden, fenced pool with various equipment and car park for cars.
