Superb 4-bedroom house in Arraial do Cabo - Casa Terral
Olá, seja bem vindo!
Será um prazer recebê-los.
Meu espaço é perto de praias, píer para passeio de barco, comércio local como padarias, mercados e farmácias, transporte público e hospital central municipal.
A nossa casa é independente (não é condomínio) com piscina e quintal privado
e possui dois andares, sendo três quartos no térreo (uma suíte, um quarto com cama de casal e mais um quarto com 5 camas de solteiro) e no segundo andar há mais uma suíte, duas salas amplas (uma em cada andar) sendo a do segundo andar com varanda.
Todos os quartos, sala do térreo e a cozinha possuem ventilador de teto. Nossa cozinha é completa com fogão, geladeira, freezer, microondas e todos os utensílios necessários.
Nossa área gourmet é bem ampla e possui churrasqueira completa, pia e uma mesa bem grande, também disponibilizamos caixa de som com conexão bluetooth.
Câmeras de segurança na área externa.
A casa possui uma ótima localização entre a praia dos Anjos e Praia grande, facilitando o acesso (andando) aos principais pontos da cidade, também fica bem perto de padaria, distribuidora de bebidas, mercadinhos e do centro comercial!
