House with two balconies, two bedrooms and one suite, dining room, TV with SKY and WIFI. Fully airy and independent space. With approximately 100 square meters plus barbecue area and kitchen in American style. Excellent conservatory with space to have coffee and enjoy the evening.

Great opportunity to rent at the end of New Year's Eve, January and Carnival.

The house is located near the bus station, pharmacy, supermarket and bakery. It is a 3-minute walk to Praia dos Anjos Beach, from where boat rides, access to Forno Beach Trail and Praça do cova leave.

About 10 minutes walk to Prainha and Praia Grande.
