Großes Gartenhaus in Top-Lage!!

Das Ehepaar hat uns sehr herzlichen empfangen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail! Man hat sehr viel Fläche und wunderschöne Ecken zum entspannen. Diesen Luxus darf man sich im Urlaub mal gönnen! Die Lage is top um den ganzen Golf du Morbihan zu erkunden. Der nächste Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Madeleine und André sind sehr gastfreundlich und bemüht, dass man eine gute Zeit bei Ihnen hat. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!! Danke an Madame et Monsieur Gall für diese wunderschöne Urlaubszeit!!

Tolle Unterkunft mit einem zauberhaften Garten und super netten Vermietern

alles vorhanden, was man sich in einer Ferienunterkunft vorstellen kann und was man benötigt voll ausgestattete Küche, in welcher man Kochen, Backen oder einfach nur gemütlich sitzen kann für unseren Kleinen gab es Babybett, Hochstuhl, Wickelauflage, Sandspielzeug, Buggy ect. so das wir das nicht alles noch zusätzlich mitnehmen mussten reichlich Handtücher im modernen Bad vorhanden, welche man sich bei Bedarf nehmen konnte reichlich Informationen über die Umgebung, für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. wir hatten einen separaten Garten mit Terrasse und Sitzmöglichkeit im großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich gibt es einen Esstisch an dem locker acht Personen sitzen können oder man genießt den Abend auf der Couch mit Blick in den schönen liebevoll angelegten Garten. Madeleine und André haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und trotz der Sprachbarriere, da unser Französisch nicht so toll ist, ganz herzlich aufgenommen. Es war einfach fantastisch!

logement bien équipé dans une extension de maison existante

L'appartement est bien équipé, très propre. Nous regrettons que l'annonce n'ait pas clairement précisé qu'il ne s'agissait pas d'un logement indépendant, mais d'une extension de la maison des propriétaires. Bien que ceux-ci soient très discrets, la terrasse et le jardin des propriétaires donnent directement sur le salon du logement. Celui-ci est très bien équipé hormis quelques éléments pointés auprès des propriétaires : des lampes de chevet hors de fonctionnement, des lampes de poche aux piles usagées, (en cas de panne d’électricité, c'est embêtant). Pire et dangereux : des vélos non révisés aux pneus crevés et mal réparés et aux pédales montées à l'envers qui se dévissent en roulant (nous avons manqué d'avoir un accident, une pédale s'est décrochée en roulant!!). Nous avons échangé avec la propriétaire qui s'est montrée attentive à ce sujet et qui nous a dit qu'elle allait remédier au problème. Literie très bonne.

Un séjour hyper confortable à Ty Liorz

Merci à Madeleine et André qui nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement, Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Ty Liorz, est un gîte très confortable, très bien équipé, de grande qualité et décoré avec goût. Il est bien entretenu ainsi que son jardin qui est un ravissement. Le patio ajoute un esprit zen à ce lieu qui est déjà très calme. Nous avions à notre disposition tout le nécessaire pour bien démarrer notre séjour, tous les produits de bases pour la cuisine, le lit fait à l'arrivée, Nous avions à notre disposition une très large documentation pour préparer nos excursions. Rien ne nous a manqué tellement tout est pensé dans le moindre détail. La voiture bien garée devant le jardin, nous avons fait nos courses à pieds dans le centre du village. Nous avons fait de belles visites aux alentours sans passer trop de temps sur la route car Arradon est bien situé pour aller de part et d'autre du Golf du Morbihan qui est magnifique. Je recommande cette location, tant l’accueil et le service apporté au client sont excellents. (27/4 au 4/5/2019) -

Truly excellent

This property is extremely well equipped, in fact, one of the very best we have ever had. The pictures are deceptive as it is much more spacious than it appears. It is set in a delightful and mature garden only a few minutes walk from the village centre which has everything you need, butchers, bakers, general store, hairdressers, restaurant, cafes etc. On the outskirts but still within walking distance is a large Super U supermarket. Arradon is also ideally placed to see pretty much all of Morbihan without covering enormous distances. Madeleine and Andre were superb hosts and all necessary information was readily available and up to date.

Ty Liorz: un séjour enchanteur

Nous avons adoré la "maison dans le jardin" . L'équipement est ultra complet, le confort et la décoration sont au "top" le jardin est très bien entretenu et magnifiquement fleuri . Tout est fait pour notre bien être. La location, à proximité des sentiers côtiers, nous a permis de faire de nombreuses ballades autour du golfe avec ses splendides vues sur les îles. Merci à Madeleine et André pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur discrétion. Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander "Ty Liorz" à nos familles et amis .

un gite au jardin remarquables

Sonst meist im Süden unterwegs, nun zum ersten Mal in der Bretagne, so waren wir sehr gespannt auf Land und Leute. Nach dem leider zu kurzen Urlaub war ziemlich klar, hier muss man öfter hin. Auch wenn das charmante Städtchen Arradon in den Reiseführern kaum Erwähnung findet, hat es einiges zu bieten. Unmittelbar am Golfe du Morbihan und damit auch klimatisch günstig gelegen, ist es idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das (absolut rollstuhlgerechte) und wirklich komfortable Ferienhaus selbst steht inmitten eines prächtigen (nicht ganz so rollstuhltauglichen, aber mit etwas Unterstützung befahrbaren) Gartens, in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel und nur 5 Minuten vom Marktplatz mit seinen Brasserien und Restaurants / Creperien etc. entfernt. Der beschauliche Sporthafen mitsamt Uferpromenade lässt sich in 15 - 20 Minuten ebenfalls gut zu Fuß oder Rollstuhl erreichen. Die Zeit verging aber zu schnell, um die Fülle an Ausflugstipps (rund um den Golfe) und Empfehlungen unserer liebenswürdigen und sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter zu bewältigen. Trotz der Kürze ein erholsamer und abwechslungsreicher Aufenthalt mit vielen eindrucksvollen Erlebnissen. Carmen und David

Urlaub in der Südbretagne

Wir haben eine Woche in dem traumhaft schönen und bestens eingerichtetem Ty Liorz, übersetzt "Gartenhaus", verbringen dürfen. Die Bezeichnung "Gartenhaus" ist jedoch leicht untertrieben. Es handelt sich um einen großzügigen Anbau an das Haupthaus mit einer liebevollen und komfortablen Einrichtung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Eigentümer wohnen direkt nebenan und waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei einem kleinen Umtrunk haben wir die Gastgeber Madeleine und André näher kennen lernen dürfen. Ansonsten haben sich Madeleine und André diskret zurückgezogen, so dass wir im Prinzip unser eigenes kleines Reich mit Garten hatten. Nebenbei war das Wetter auch noch außergewöhnlich gut, so dass wir viel unternehmen konnten. Wir werden dort sicherlich noch einmal Urlaub machen. Rundum Sorgloswohnung in der Bretagne

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, selbst an liebevolle Deko haben die ausgesprochen netten Vermieter gedacht. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die bereitliegende riesengroße Mappe mit wirklich allen Informationen zur Umgebung. Der kleine Garten ist kuschelig und hat eine wunderschöne Sitzecke. Golf de Morbihan eine Reise wert

Die Beschreibnung und Bewertung für Haus und Umgebung im Inserat sind 100 % zutreffend.Die Restaurants in Arradon konnten wir leider nicht besuchen, weil wir immer bei unseren zahlreichen Ausflügen (Ile aux Moines, Ile d'Arz, Belle Ile, Quiberon, Concaneau usw..) kulinarisch bestens versorgt waren. Der Fußweg GR 34 haben wir teilweise bewandert, er führt immer am Wasser entlang, man sollte aber gutes Schuhwerk tragen. Diverse Einkaufs-möglichkeiten alle in Arradon vorhanden, auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Ehepaar Madeleine und Andre Gall ist mehr als nur gastfreundlich. Das Wohl Ihrer Gäste ist beiden sehr wichtig. Wir können es nur empfehlen !

Parfait

Mr et Mme Gall, bien qu'étant extrêmement discrets, sont à portée de voix pour dispenser tous les conseils, avis, questions dont nous avons besoin. Un dossier très complet relatif aux promenades, visites de l'ensemble du Golfe du Morbihan ainsi qu'une carte IGN sont à notre disposition ce qui est très précieux lorsqu'on aborde une région pour la première fois. Madame Gall pense à tout pour nous rendre le séjour des plus agréables avec une quantité de petites attentions qui vont droit au coeur. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Le jardin que l'on découvre de toutes les fenêtres est un vrai paradis. Le logement est très pratique, bien conçu et équipé de tout l'électroménager nécessaire. Arradon est très bien situé pour découvrir le Golfe. On pourrait y passer un mois sans faire deux jours le même circuit. C'est une très belle région à découvrir absolument. Une belle adresse au coeur du golfe

D'abord un grand merci à Madeleine et André Gall pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur discrétion. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison fort agréable et qui correspond parfaitement au descriptif publié. Elle est très bien équipée, décorée avec goût et originalité au coeur d'un environnement superbe. Spacieuse, confortable et calme, elle mérite tout à fait son classement 4 étoiles. Ty Liorz est en outre très bien situé pour profiter de tous les attraits (y compris gastronomiques) de cette belle région.

Aussi bien que cela en à l'air!

A notre arrivée, nos hôtes nous attendaient en arrangeant le jardin qui est magnifique. Visite rapide de la maison : accueillante, pleine de charme, paisible, lumineuse, très fonctionnelle. Les lits sont faits (très bon matelas par ailleurs), la cuisine complète, la salle de bain jolie et très pratique (surtout pour les personnes à mobilité réduite). Tout est de plein pied, chaque fenêtre donne sur un jardin mais il est tout à fait possible d'occulter la lumière grâce aux volets. Bref, une magnifique maison avec tout ce qu'il faut. Beaucoup de documentations pratique sur la région disponible. Là aussi, je dois dire que nos hôtes ont préparé cela avec beaucoup de soin : farde avec plans, infos, guides de GR de la régions, etc... cela nous a permis d'organiser des promenades vraiment magnifiques (j'ai rempli la carte mémoire de mon appareil photo, c'est dire!!). Excellente Ferien in Ty Liorz

Wir haben sehr erholsame und abwechslungsreiche Ferien verbracht. Nicht zuletzt die exzellente Unterkunft hatte daran einen großen Anteil. Angefangen bei den charmanten, aber diskreten Vermietern im Haupthaus, die jederzeit bei Fragen aller Art für den Gast da waren. Dann die Wohnung selbst, die großzügig geschnitten war. Modern und doch gemütlich eingerichtet bot sie alles, was man benötigte. Schließlich rundete ein entzückendes Garteneck - ganz privat - die Gemütlichkeit ab. Zusätzlich ist diese Wohnung sehr verkehrsgünstig und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Man erreicht sehr viele Ausflugsziele bequem mit dem Pkw von dort aus, kann aber auch wunderbar beim Wandern die Gegend erkunden oder nutzt Wassersportmöglichkeiten am Ort selbst. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen - natürlich auch die ausgezeichneten Restaurants (Geheimtipp: Auberge d'Aradon). Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen (!) und wünschen jedem weiteren Gast die gleichen, perfekten Ferien.

Wunderschöner Urlaub im Golf von Morbihan

Um es gleich vorweg zu nehmen: unser Urlaub Ende September 2015 war einer der schönsten Urlaube der letzten Jahre. Neben der wunderschönen Natur, den pittoresken Hafenstädten und dem in unserer Urlaubszeit durchgängig fantastischen Wetter hat dazu das perfekte Haus von Madeleine und André beigetragen. Eingerahmt von einem wunderschönen und gepflegten Garten liegt das ans Haus der Besitzer angebaute Haus. Es gibt einen eigenen Autostellplatz auf dem Grundstück. Perfekt ausgestattet ist die Küche mit Induktionsherd, entsprechenden Töpfen, Besteck für viele Personen etc. Es fehlt an nichts vom obligatorischen Austernmesser bis zur Salatschleuder und den Küchenhandtüchern. Einzig ein größeres Holz- oder Plastikbrett für die Arbeit in der Küche hätten wir uns gewünscht – ansonsten perfekt! Ein großer Wohnraum mit zwei Zusatzbetten, Gartenmöbel mit Gasgrill runden den Wohnbereich ab. Im Schlafbereich sticht das für frz. Verhältnisse angenehm breite Bett (1,80 x 2 m) hervor und das moderne Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Glasabtrennungen. Fön vorhanden. Übrigens sind alle Bereiche behindertengerecht – auch Toilette und Dusche sowie Waschtisch. Die Besitzer Madeleine und Andre sind sehr nett und offen und haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Viele Tipps für die Umgebungserkundung stammen von ihnen. Ansonsten halten sie sich angenehm diskret im Hintergrund – man merkt quasi nicht, dass man zusammen auf dem Grundstück lebt. Es sind sowieso vollkommen separate Eingangs- und Gartenbereiche.
