Welcome to our spacious, colorful holiday home in the sun-drenched south of Tenerife! With 80 sqm of living space spread over two floors, our house offers the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation.

The house is located in a small residential complex primarily inhabited by locals and residents – an ideal place to experience authentic Tenerife.

Chayofa is known for its mild, low-irritation climate with over 300 days of sunshine and around 350 rain-free days per year – perfect for those who want to enjoy the sun and pleasant weather. The name "Island of Eternal Spring" truly reflects its climate.

On the ground floor, you'll find a bright, spacious living room with a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and a guest toilet with a washing machine. From here, you have easy access to both private terraces: the front terrace with morning sun, perfect for breakfast, and the rear terrace with afternoon sun, ideal for sunbathing. The rear terrace is equipped with a canopy for shade. From there, you can directly access the community pool of the small residential complex, which you are welcome to use – perfect for cooling off and relaxing.

Upstairs, there are two bright, spacious bedrooms, both with shutters for blackout, and a balcony with sea views. The bedrooms feature large built-in wardrobes and offer plenty of space for restful sleep. The well-equipped bathroom completes the offering.
