This is a great condo on the 3rd floor in Bridges Bay, Newport Bridge building.

Our condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an awesome view of East Lake Okoboji! You will receive 6 daily passes to the indoor water park and outdoor pool with swim-up bar. There is also a nearby additional swimming pool located just outside our building - with direct views of the pool from our deck. Bracco and Waterfront restaurants are located within walking distance. Wild Child Arcade and fitness center are also available for our guests.

This condo has all the comforts of a luxury home: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, washer and dryer, gas fireplace, flatscreen tvs, and a gas grill on a covered deck. Enjoy meals in the indoor dining area or go outside to the deck to enjoy the East Lake Okoboji views! We also provide a variety of board games and internet for your entertainment while in the condo.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with master bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a full size bunk bed with a twin size pull out trundle bed. There is also a leather queen size sofa sleeper. We also provide a pack and play with sheet for our youngest guests.

The kitchen is stocked to make vacationing easy! Equipped with tableware, cutlery, coffee maker (regular and Keurig), pots, pans, pizza pan, and grill utensils so you can enjoy cooking without having to pack. We also supply linens, towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, and some basic spices.

This condo has a non-smoking policy. Also, no pets are allowed. We value our neighbors and other individuals vacationing at Newport Bridge Condos and ask that no bachelor, bachelorette, or large, loud parties take place, please.

Parking is available right outside the condo and in front of Garage #301. Boat parking is available within Bridges Bay.

In town for my Wedding at Waterfront Event Center which is at Bridges Bay ! Our Condo was perfect ! Just like new! Beautiful! The owners sent us instructions for our stay and all the info we needed a couple days before we got there and a personal welcome text ! Would highly recommend renting this Condo ! Location was Great!
