I didn't feel comfortable in this hotel, the location was difficult to access, there was no option for a garage, and there were no blankets to spend the rainy nights.

I could give it 5 stars if it weren't for the treatment that the employees give to the guests, except those at the lobby bar are super nice the rest are horrible, treat it as if we were there for free. The food is very good, the location of the hotel is also great, only the renovation of the pool was bad. Hotel has very little activity, usually the all inclusive have

Razoável

Razoável, pois paguei antecipado e quando cheguei no hotel fui cobrada e tive que mostrar o comprovante. Não tinha lixeira no quarto e nem cobertor. Na hora de fechar a conta colocaram algumas coisas de consumo na minha conta o que atrasou minha saída do hotel.
