Travelled with group
Host asked me to cancel the booking blaming Hotels.com for double booking two weeks before travelling. I did check with Hotels and they confirmed there was a single booking on my name and the stay was confirmed 3 months prior to our trip for 9 people. Despite the booking being confirmed, we arrived and the booking wasn’t honoured so we have to find accomodation at the last minute at 23:00.
