Gracias a Finca Hotel Tumbaga tuvimos unas excelentes vacaciones, el servicio es excelente, todos muy amables especialmente Don Alfonso y siempre dispuestos a servir. El hotel es muy limpio y ordenado u sus instalaciones muy cómodas. Podría haber un poco más de variedad con el desayuno. Es un lugar tranquilo y relativamente cercano a los sitios turísticos

Inresponsables.... Fraude

El dia la reserva, llegamos despues de un largo viaje, sobre las 12 pm, con la sorpresa que nadie salio.. Timbramos como 2 horas, nadie atendio, llamamos al numero de contacto despues de muchas llamadas no contestadas, apagaron el celular. A esa hora despues de semejante viaje.. Nos toco buscar hotel para pasar la noche.

Deben mejorar el servicio de reservas online

Mala la calidad de la reserva, el personal del hotel no estaba enterado se la reserva que se habia realizado y tampoco habia disponibilidad de alojamiento y en los telefonos que brindan para confirmar o para hacer alguna consulta no contestan nunca. Esto lo obliga a uno a buscar hotel a última hora, después de varias horas de viaje y en mi caso a altas horas de la noche. Que mal servicio.
