We had an incredible stay in the Duoro Valley. Our villa had an amazing view and was conveniently located for driving to various wineries and towns. There was a lovely pastry shop just steps away and a gourmet restaurant just a short walk away as well. There was a driveway for parking and a smart TV. Our host Katia was very responsive to any questions that we had. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed to prepare a meal. We were there for two weeks, and our host came in and changed our sheets, washed our towels and cleaned which we did not expect and was a nice surprise. We did not get to take advantage of the outdoor kitchen, but it looked like a wonderful spot for preparing meals and eating outdoors. I would stay here again for sure. Katia was a wonderful host.

What a gorgeous view from the home and outdoor kitchen/patio!!! Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The Douro Valley was amazingly beautiful. We had a great stay!

A beautiful house on the river with amazing views. Bakery right next door and a wonderful restaurant just up the street. It was nice finding the "everything you need" also just up the street and discovering they also make wine! Not a complaint, but know there are a lot of stairs so not a good choice for mobility challenged. I would certainly stay again!!!

Enjoyed the close proximity to the boardwalk along the river. Also a padaria and restaurant a short walk away. The host had a delicious platter of ham and cheese with crackers and beverage waiting our arrival.

Magnifique etape

Petite pause sur le retour vers la France. Site et région magnifique. La vue du bord de la piscine est tres relaxante. La situation est idéale pour les amateur d'activité fluviale et de vin. Les hôtes sont tres sympas, anglais et portugais parlé. Accueilli avec un plateau apéritif et du vin de la region et petit dejeuner copieux offert le lendemain. Je recommande vivement. Encore merci.
