Room and property conditions where terrible, old not well maintained. The outside areas dirty as well. Rooms smelled bad. There was only one option for wifi paid public. This is not a 4* hotel by any means! Disappointing

Holiday horror

Not at all great, after check in time (5 PM) we have to wait 2H for the key. They give us a room which was already taken by another family but they didn't know. One women from reception said it was our fault because we booked to late!No soap , no shampoo. Clean but basic room. At checking out they asked for the second time the tax money which I payed on the wrong room. No English spoken....

Très décevant

Séjour pas top j’ai réservé pour une nuit à 6 et j’aurai pas dormi une nuit de plus ! La propreté laisse à désirer cafards dans les pièces de l’appartement même dans le frigo et nous avons été envahi de mouches se qui est très désagréable.De plus au bord de la piscine impossible de bronzé sans se faire dérangé par des bestioles et pour finir mon fils s’est fait piqué au visage par un taon qui tourne autour de la piscine. Pas de four mais un mini lave vaisselle pas vraiment utile

Très mécontent, la wifi ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre, la clim réversible était en panne, le sèche cheveu ne fonctionnait pas non plus, la propreté générale laissait à désirer sans parler de la vaisselle que j'ai du relaver avant de m'en servir......déplorable pour un établissement soi-disant 4 étoiles.

Surprenant ! Cadre agréable, plusieurs piscines

En toute franchise nous sommes très peu restés dans le village. Ce qui est surprenant c'est qu'on s'attendait à un hotel, il s'agit en réalité d'un immense complexe de type village de vacances avec une réception pour plusieurs "hotels". Passé ce détail, le village fait un peu à l'abandon (peu de monde en plein mois de juillet, état général des batiments communs vieillots). Avantage : plusieurs piscines immenses dans le village avec tres tres peu de monde (on l'a eu pour nous et un autre couple deux jours d'affilé) Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien entretenues. Sanitaires ok. Pas le grand luxe mais agréable.

Soggiorno da dimenticare

Sconsiglio il soggiorno, al mio arrivo in camera mancava tutta la biancheria da bagno, il letto aggiuntivo, abbiamo dormito 3 notti con 2 cuscini in tre ed hanno fatto le pulizie e rifatto la camera 1 sola volta. La struttura in formula residence è purtroppo tenuta male, poco curata e poco pulita.

Pleasant Surprise

We booked in for two nights. Had some trepidation after reading prior reviews. Reception staff was very friendly and obliging. Area and rooms need some maintenance but we were comfortable. Room had sufficient cutlery and crockery to enable you to self cater. Lake outside our back door gave a lovely backdrop and we enjoyed walking around it and feeding the ducks. If you accept this place for what it is you will enjoy it.

Avec informations reçus IMPOSSIBLE de trouver l 'hôtel (nouveau nom d'hôtel pas connus des voisins !)Coordonnées GPS fantaisistes.RESERVATION confirmée et payée mais pas communiquée à l'hôtel !!! Mais l'hôtel a bien voulu nous donner une chambre.La direction de l'hôtel a insisté afin que nous vous faisons état de vos manquements. "Peut être vont ils ENFIN changer leur banque de données !!!!"Personnellement je suis très décu de ce contretemps ( le premier !) avec Hotel.com

Plus de 150€ la nuit Pas de clim (signalé à l'arrivé devait être réparée pour le soir mais rien) 2 chaînes fonctionnant à la Tv Musique à fond en bas de la fenêtre jusqu'à 2h du matin !! Baignoire dégueulasse !! Le tout ne vaux même pas le prix d'un formule 1 !!!
