Underwhelming
Booked a non-smoking double room, but was given a twin room with heavy smell of cigarettes. Air con was modern and worked, but it did not eliminate the smell. Asked whether there was another room, I was given an easy access double room, which was at the end of the building. The shower was a sit-in shower room undivided from the toilet or the washing basin so the whole room got wet when shower was used. The room had two electrical sockets, but neither of these worked. There was one for shavers in the bathroom but the shower room light had to remain on in order to charge my mobile phone. Not impressed. I had a high opinion of Kyriad hotels when I used one 10 years ago. But if this experience is typical for this chain, I will no longer use any of these Kyriad chain hotels.

Good value for they money during Arles photo fest
The rooms were small but self contained. The staff was very helpful. It was a bit of a walk from the town where the festival was happening esp at night when buses don't play.

Staff was so helpful!! Location was a bit out of the way for sightseeing on foot in Arles but we had a rental car so had easy access to St. Remy & old town Arles.

A good budget hotel. Located about 1 to 1 1/2 miles away from the historical sites. The staff was pleasant, although not all spoke English. Sign language worked well, though.
