We booked room which was renovated in 2020, but at the reception they gave us another room with older design. And what I've heard from others, it is common thing. We asked to exchange it to the room that we've booked and happily we got it after 1 hour of waiting. When we came into the room the floor was not washed properly, sand was everywhere. So we had to wash the floor ourselves not to bring sand into our bed. Next days cleaning was performed better. The whitening on the ceiling in the bathroom was crumbled. The fridge has a fungus inside, need to be washed. Great that there is a small play ground. But swings were broken. Please fix it. Swimming pool was not very clean. All in all great location and beautiful beach! Stuff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel was run down. Rooms were dirty and fittings were duct taped to the wall. The decor is and furniture is from the 90s. The beds were uncomfortable.

Great location and good pool

Liked this hotel but could so easily have been a lot better if a few little things were sorted out. Things like having to sign into the WiFi regularly, the fact that the pool was closed with a perimeter wire at night but often not reopened properly in the morning and a slight better breakfast. That said the location was really fantastic, just on the edge of the town and the pool was really good, when it was sorted properly. I’d stay again and hope the little things had been sorted.

This hotel is a monument of architecture in an ideal location. They have to pay more attention to some services (beach bar, wi-fi etc.) and it will be a perfect place

Very good stay in an excellent location.

Very nice hotel just 5 min walk from the main street of Ouranoupolis and 10-15 min walk from the port. Get a room with a sea view! My room was quiet and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The bus stop to and from Thessaloniki is just outside the entrance to the hotel.

Great hotel, beach, sea and town.

This is a very nice hotel with great staff and probably the best location in the delightful small town of Ouranoupolis. With its own beach and genuinely clean, clear water, which is also amongst the warmest and most safe in the Med. The town contains a number of excellent and reasonably priced tavernas, notably the Golden Hook. Great for an authentic and quiet stay.

In general, it is a nice hotel, close to the city center and the beach. However, the extra charges (eg. drinks at the hotel restaurant, sunbeds at the beach offered by the hotel) were too expensive.
