Chorostasi Mansion- Αρχοντικό Χοροστάσι

The traditional and beautiful village of Arnaia is located in the mountainous part of Halkidiki and more specifically in the mountain Cholomontas which is also called the “Green mountain” and is where the philosopher Aristotle chose to live for a few years of his life.

In this area, we created the guesthouse “Chorostasi Mansion” which acts as meeting point between the visitor and nature. Our main goal was the restoration of the old stone mansion, which was built in 1896, and at the same time, the protection of its authentic and traditional character. In this way, we managed to create a cozy guesthouse which harmoniously matches with the architectural style of the wider area.

The philosophy of the guesthouse is expressed in all of our activities. We created all rooms using 100% natural materials and combining stones and wooden materials. We are continuously exploring new ways to improve our services, identify renewable sources of energy and general activities which aim to protect the environment.

Guesthouse “Horostasi Mansion” is a dream that became reality for us. In this Mansion, owned by the Kokkialiaris family, we are inviting guests to experience an alternative and original lifestyle in this beautiful part of Chalkidiki.
