Excellent location- Amazing Mediterranée view!

Location is great! The view of the Mediterranée is incredible, a pleasure to wake up to it every morning, and relax in the evening. Well equipped apartment. Literally steps to many restaurants with terraces to the sea. On a pedestrian way so no car noises. Parking is only 50 metres from apartment and it's free. A/C in case it gets too hot. Can't say enough good things about Chrystelle (who received us and came back for the check out) very responsive to any needs and very friendly. Same thing about Nicolas, the owner, quick response to any email, and agreeable. During June, crowds are not large and it was very enjoyable! The beach is literally your front yard. We will go back, hopefully soon!

Probably the best accommodation in Argeles-sur-Mer

Perfect! Fantastic views of the promenade and sea, stylish apartment with ample room for 4, prompt and friendly communication with Nicolas and Badia, fantastic location near bars and restaurants. We have stayed in many places in Argeles but this is definitely our number one choice and we hope to be back next year!

Modern light and airy apartment in possibly the best location in Argeles. For us May is the perfect month, everything is open but no crowds. Next door to several restaurants and with streets of shops behind but not noisy, the view of the prom and sea is a delight to wake up to.

Top Ferienwohnung in top Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattete und gerĂ€umige Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Es gibt in dem Ort tausende FerienunterkĂŒnfte als Hotel, Ferienwohnung oder Campingplatz - aber diese Wohnung ist mit der Lage unmittelbar an der Strandpromenade schon etwas Besonderes. Man hat in unmittelbarer NĂ€he das Meer, den Strand, GeschĂ€fte und Restaurants und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Wir saßen am Tisch zum Essen vor einer der großen Panoramascheiben und konnten aufs Meer und die SpaziergĂ€nger auf der Strandpromenade schauen. Die Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber Heizung und Klimaanlage und eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Zu zweit ist sie mehr als groß genug. Einzig das Wetter war in unserer Aufenthaltszeit nicht so ganz toll, alles andere einfach große Klasse.

Parfait pour nous (famille 4 pers) : spacieux, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t et d'une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable. Nicolas Ă©tait trĂšs aimable, la communication Ă©tait facile.Je ne saurais trop insister sur la beautĂ© des levers de soleil, la vue depuis l'appartement est imbattable. L'emplacement Ă  ArgelĂšs centre plage Ă©tait idĂ©al pour nous. L'expĂ©rience peut ĂȘtre diffĂ©rente en haute saison avec l'animation de la ville. Nous avons passĂ© un moment merveilleux, nous le recommandons vivement.

Mit einem schönem Blick beginnt der Morgen

Die Wohnung ist recht gemĂŒtlich und gut eingerichtet. Trotz der Lage im Bereich von vielen Lokalen und GeschĂ€ften war es sehr ruhig, nachts still. Sicher ist es in der Hauptsaison lebendiger in dieser Gegend zumal ein Bereich mit einem Kinderkarusell und vielen Buden ganz in der NĂ€he liegt. Check in/out ĂŒber einen SchlĂŒsselsafe am Hauseingang. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war problemlos. Die Sorge um einen Parkplatz muss man in der Nebensaison sicher nicht haben. Sie liegen ganz in der NĂ€he und sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Wohnung gibt es eine Karre zum Transport des ReisegepĂ€cks. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck und elektrischen GerĂ€ten. Alles war ordentlich und sauber und funktionierte sehr gut. Bettdecken sind auch ausreichend vorhanden. Leider nicht ganz ausreichend sind die HandtĂŒcher (wir waren 3 Wochen vor Ort, vor allem gab es keine GeschirrtĂŒcher). Wir wĂŒrden die Wohnung wieder buchen sollten wir wieder in diese Gegend kommen. Einen Mangel möchte ich jedoch noch erwĂ€hnen. Die Fenster der beiden Schlafzimmer konnte man nicht fĂŒr eine AussenbelĂŒftung öffnen. Es ist eine gute Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Der WĂ€schestĂ€nder zum Trocknen der WĂ€sche war jedoch in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich und nicht zur VerfĂŒgung. Kleine Probleme, die sicher zu beheben sind.

Schöne Familienferien

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit unseren drei fast erwachsenen Söhnen da. Genug Platz, gut eingerichtete KĂŒche. Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit breiten Doppelbetten, plus ein grosses Klappbett, das wir im Wohnzimmer aufgestellt hatten. ZusĂ€tzlich hĂ€tte es eine Matratze gehabt. Die zwei grossen Schiebefenster mit Blick aufs Meer sind fast wie ein Balkon oder sogar besser bei starkem Wind. Die direkte Strandlage, mit schönen SonnenaufgĂ€ngen, haben wir sehr geschĂ€tzt! Da wir September/Oktober da waren, war es sehr ruhig, hatten den Strand fast fĂŒr uns und die LĂ€den und Restaurants waren z.T. geschlossen oder nur noch am Wochenende offen, was uns nicht störte. Somit hatten wir auch nie ein Parkplatzproblem (ca100m).

Wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Strand

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer wunderbar eingerichteten Wohnung in unmittelbarer StrandnĂ€he. Der Vermieter und der Verwalter haben sich nett und gut um unsere Ankunft und unser Wohlergehen gekĂŒmmert. Der Strand und das Wasser waren sehr sauber.

am Meer, im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig

Wir sind begeistert. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Meer und gleichzeitig im Zentrum von ArgelĂšs Plage mit vielen Restaurants gleich nebenan. Wir waren in der Hochsaison (Ende Juli) und LĂ€rm war ĂŒberhaupt kein Problem. Danke!
