The house is located in a quiet area of Argeles-sur-Mer, close to the beach and the town center.
On the ground floor, you'll find the living room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine), and a loggia opening onto the garden.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (180 cm) and a loggia, and a second with two single beds.
