Terrible..

I have all my information to the company 24 hours in advance for check in instructions and they never got back to me. We showed up at the address and weren’t let in. Reached out to the host and it kept saying you’ll hear back within 24 hours but we needed a response within the next 1-4 hours because we were already there and needed a place to stay…
