First floor: Bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom, a double bedroom with access to a small private balcony, a bedroom with two single beds, and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and whirlpool bathtub. Additionally, there are two bathrooms with showers.

Second floor: Bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

Lower level: A room with a billiard table and a laundry room with washing machine. This level has direct outdoor access, leading to the pool area.
