The owners, Aline and Patrick welcome you to this pretty little family house, classified 3 *, very well placed, 200 m from the Arcachon bay and 200 m from the city center, for 5 people, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed , and a second bedroom with 140 cm bed, (possibility to rent linens), 1 living room, dining room with 140 cm sofa bed, 1 equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, gas stove ...), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, washing machine, 1 barbecue, 1 shaded terrace, 1 large fenced garden, deckchairs, 6 bikes, outdoor garage, free WIFI connection.

This rental is very quiet, and located next to the market place which takes place every Tuesday.

Ares is ideally placed, near the expressway which goes to Cap Ferret in 20 minutes, and to Bordeaux in 35 minutes.

In addition, 10 km away are the fine sandy beaches of Grand Crohot, Cap-Ferrret and Porge.

New: a Serge Blanco Thalassotherapy center has just opened in Claouey, 5 km away.

The traditional oyster festival takes place every year for August 15.

Bonjour nous tenions à remercier Aline et Patrick pour leur accueil et en tenait à vous dire que votre maison est très agréable et très bien entretenu c'est une jolie maison en bord de plage et aussi très pratique si on veut visiter les alentours du bassin d'Arcachon nous avons aussi apprécié le calme d'Arès la maison est idéalement situé à 4 minutes a pied de la plage les commerces à proximité nos vacances se sont passées un merveille et nous voulons vous remercier pour votre gentillesse nous espérons pouvoir revenir à une autre période pour encore découvrir la région merci à vous et bonne continuation. La maison est très bien placée mais également assez vieillotte. C est propre, les propriétaires sont adorables. Nous avons eu 5 jours de pluies et la maison était très humide malheureusement. Je recommande pour l été .

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Arès dans la maison de M. et Mme Cathalot. Location très bien équipée, dans un agréable quartier. Le marché est à 2 pas et la plage très proche également. Mention spéciale pour l'accueil des propriétaires et leurs bons conseils de balades et visites!

Ein tolles Haus für Familien

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Der Empfang und Begrüßung am Haus war persönlich, sehr freundlich und alles wurde genau erklärt. Das Haus entspricht total den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Das Haus war super sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Gegenständen ausgerüstet, um lecker zu kochen. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich und die Betten sehr bequem. Der Garten ist sehr schön groß und die Kinder können im abgegrenzten Grundstück super rumtoben und sich jederzeit im Schatten aufhalten. Fahrräder, Sonnenliegen, Kohlegrill und alles was im Haus ist, kann genutzt werden und funktioniert. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Der Markt (2x die Woche) ist in 30m erreicht und bietet eine tolle Auswahl. Bäckereien und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Hypermache ist in 7 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Arés bietet sich super an für Ausflüge nach Cap Ferret, Arcachon, Bordeaux und weitere tolle Strände am Atlantik. Um die Gegend kennenzulernen ist die Lage top! Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus!

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber, mit schöner Terrasse und großem Garten. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher in der Garage parken.Tolle, ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße. Der wöchentliche Markt ist direkt um die Ecke und auch diverse Restaurants, Bäcker, Metzger, kleiner Supermarkt etc. sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Atlantik gibt es einen wunderschönen, schattigen Radweg durch den Wald. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken.Patrick und Aline sind wunderbare Gastgeber und waren für Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir haben den Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Sehr ruhig, schöne Terrasse

Die Unterkunft entspricht den Angaben im Inserat, ist sehr sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen (die Inneneinrichtung hat für unsere Begriff ein bisschen zu viel "Nippes", aber das ist ja Geschschmackssache). Was vorab nicht im Inserat stand ist, dass man für die Endreinigung entweder 90 Euro in bar bezahlen oder sie selbst machen muss. Das müsste unseres Erachtens noch im Inserat nachgetragen werden. Sehr schön ist die Terrasse an zwei Seiten des Gebäudes und die Möglichkeit, je nach Stand der Sonne, abends lange draußen sitzen zu können. Das Örtchen bietet vielseitige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Fahrt zu den wunderschönen Stränden ist sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit dem Auto eine Augenweide. Tipp: Am rechten Ortsrand haben mindestens 20 verschiedene Fischhändler ihre urigen "Cabanes" erichtet - alle mit einem großformatigen Foto des oder der Fischer verziert. Man kann sowohl frisches aus dem Meer beziehen als auch absolut romantisch dort abends essen gehen.

Hervorragendes Haus, nette Besitzer

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Haus ist Top Sauber und der Umschwung super für Kinder. Die Gegend sehr ruhig und friedlich! An den Atlantik dauert es mit dem Auto 15 Min. Im Becken von Arcachon kann man bei Flut zwar baden, ist aber nicht wie an den Atlantikstränden.

Sehr gut!

Das Haus und Ausstattung entspricht den Bildern. Alles sehr gepflegt! Für 2 Personen war es grosszügig. Auch bei Regen konnten wir draussen auf der Terrasse sitzen. Die bereitgestellten Fahrräder sind gut in Schuß. Schöne Radwege sind schnell erreicht. Zum Hafen, wo in typischen Fischerhüten Austern und Meeresfrüchte zum Kauf oder im Restaurant angeboten werden, kann man laufen. Auch das kleine Zentrum ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Insgesamt haben wir das Mietauto wenig genutzt. Aline und Patrick sind freundliche Gastgeber. Wäscheausstattung und Endreinigung haben wir direkt bar bezahlt. Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthalts im Nachbarhaus saniert und es gab Bauarbeitennauf einem nahegelegenen öffentlichen Platz. Es war daher nicht so ruhig, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Insgesamt empfehlen wir die schöne Unterkunft.

Vacances de la Toussaint en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, maison très propre, située à quelques mètres du centre ville d'Arès. Elle est très lumineuse et très bien agencée. Cuisine très bien équipée en vaisselle ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, très chaleureux, généreux et d'une gentillesse rare. Nous avons déjà réservé un nouveau séjour pour nos vacances au printemps prochain !

VACANCES GENIAL

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances, au calme, dans une maison parfaite et bien équipée. Les commerces et le marché sont à proximité. Les vélos mis à notre disposition, nous ont permis de faire de belles balades. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires et ils nous ont donnés de bon conseil pour les visites et les restaurants. C'est un très belle région. Je recommande vivement. tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und auch die Küche super ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und vor allem die Lage mit fußläufiger Entfernung zu Restaurants, Supermarkt, Boulangerie etc. hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der tolle Wochenmarkt ist direkt zwei Häuser um die Ecke. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit Wohnhäusern. Toll war auch der kurze Weg zu den Fahrradwegen, auf denen die Umgebung super erkundet werden konnte und auch der Weg zum Atlantik oder zur Bucht war nicht weit. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

SEJOUR MAGNIFIQUE

Aline et Patrick CATHALOT sont d'une extrême gentillesse. Ils assurent un accueil chaleureux, généreux, d'une grande disponibilité pour une foule de conseils (si vous êtes golfeurs également) et il y a tellement à voir dans la région. La maison est très propre, parfaitement équipée, très confortable avec un agréable jardin, proche de tous les commerces, et surtout au bord du bassin.
