Nice historical property located within walking distance to the main plaza. What I didn't like was the noise from the doorbell at the main entrance that can be heard at all times by guests. That should be fixed.

no windows, humide, nobody spoke english,

They gace us room with 3 double beds one next to eachother without space in between. We booked one double bed room. Although the hotel was empty they didn't offer other rooms. Our room was humide, cold, no windows etc. Nobody spoke English and were constantly speaking in Spanish to us, although we told them we speak English only. Breakfast was very very poor! After this experience and experience in Hotel in Puno - Hacienda Plaza de Armas (Itin# 1124271101683) that we booked via Expedia, I will never agian book anything else through your platform. This was the 2nd experience not to get the room we asked for. In Hacienda Plaza de Armas, Puno, they gave us 2 small beds instead of double bed, again no window, etc.. This was the first and the last time I am using Expedia. Everything you offered and we payed for was not close enough!!!!

Não existe estacionamento, deixamos o carro na rua. No quarto, meus pertences foram levados. Minhas recordações/presentes de Arequipa não encontrei depois de terem ido arrumar o quarto. Havia deixado na mesa dentro do quarto.
