Our room was clean with ensuite bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the serving staff was quick and responsive to our needs. Ardara is a bit outside Donegal town, but it is quiet. The surrounding rolling hills are beautiful.

Our stay at Woodhill House was very pleasant to experience an old manor house. It is good that houses like this one have found a modern use that enables them to be preserved for future generations.

Woodhill was a charming and comfortable place to stay despite being dated and in need of a bit of a makeover. The hotel breakfast was great and the location was fantastic with stunning views from our room. It was a pleasant 7 minute walk into the centre of Ardara where we had a great meal in Nancy's bar.

Woodhill House is a charming old manor house in a lovely little town. The room was spacious and clean and the area was very quiet. Breakfast was delicious, though they only start serving at 8:30am so plan accordingly. John was a very welcoming host and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Woodhill House if you are in the Ardara area.
