Away from it all! A hidden paradise in Southern Crete
"Villa Aeriko" is a modern and spacious accommodation of 78 m2 on two levels (ground floor and 1st floor) with large terraces and gardens of endemic plants, with unobstructed mountain and sea views and at a distance of 2 minutes on foot from the central beach is the perfect place for people who want to explore the south of the island.
The house is equipped with air conditioning (on both floors), TV (with Netflix), washing machine, board games, books, wi-fi.
The ground floor consists of an open kitchen with all amenities: oven, refrigerator, table and all the appliances you may need for breakfast, lunch, dinner (coffee maker, mixer, kettle, toaster, etc.). On the same floor there is one of the three bedrooms with a comfortable bunk bed and wardrobe, one of the two toilets with hot water 24 hours a day and a spacious living room, two sofas that can also be used as a single beds, as well as a fireplace for the cold winter nights.
The upper floor concists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and wardrobe, as well as the 2nd wc of the house.
The large terrace is covered with a wood and tile pergola, with a comfortable sitting area and unlimited mountain and sea views.
The Villa is suitable for 6 people (in beds), but we can accommodate two more people on the sofas in the living room.
The beautiful 500m2 exterior area of stone and wood offers a large terrace with unobstructed view, various plants and trees, wood oven, barbecue, outside shower, basketball area, private parking and is the ideal place for you to unwind and enjoy a glass of wind at the end of the day

During the summer there is a mini market and small cafes next to the beach with fresh seafood and traditional mezedes.
The nearby villages Harakas and Pyrgos have a supermarket that operates throughout the year.
If you are in the area, it is worth visiting the village of Paramympi, about 800 meters, the impressive waterfall of Abbas, which gives to the landscape a wild and impressive look. When it rains its waters fall from a height of 160 m forming wet smoke.
