Hotel room was sparse and utilitarian. It is not a room for comfort. The bed and pillow was very comfortable. Shower room large and good power. Mood lighting controlled by a remote control. Tea coffee facilities in room. No bathrobe provided although this is a spa facility. Towels in room can be used for spa but they are not bath sized. Breakfast was continental style and ok but not a large selection. Evening restaurant food was lovely and cooked beautifully. Spa was excellent and the reason we came. Location beautiful and if you like walking you would go a long way to find more beautiful.

I did not like the room because there was no air conditioning and there were no fans available from the reception desk and the breakfast had some scramble eggs that were not tasting good no eggs to order so first time here and last time here.

Being able to walk from your room to the spa pools is awesome. Dinner and breakfast are really good. Beds are comfy, just be aware that it’s two singles pushed together rather than a double bed, so if you are in the mood for a cuddle you have to mind the gap. That said, it is so quiet and peaceful that after your soak in the thermal pools you’ll be asleep the moment your head hits the pillow.... take advantage of getting to the pools first thing in the morning too, it’s the best time!

I'd like a family room which was allocated to my family. Staff members been very pleasant. Hotel/ resort information booklet could be in English as well, which will allow guest to spend time bit more active. I will recommend the place to my family and friends as perfect place short or long stay. We definitively will go back. Thank you.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS

Headed out to Elfia from the US Midwest and honestly just hoped for a roof, bed and a bit of luck. Took us 2 trains and a bus to get to Arcen area. Turns out - there is a thermal bath/pool, a full spa, great food, and AMAZING STAFF (a lady and gentleman who worked in the snack shop spent 30 minutes just chatting with us after their shift - incredibly kind!!!!). Never made it to the fest because it was POURING rain and we're well...a bit older and don't do storms well...but no bother because the hotel was so fun. Only downside - no uber/EU taxi - you have to ask to get a cab. My travel buddy had a bum foot so the walk to the bus was about all she could do so we legit were stuck. THANK GOODNESS THE HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL.
