ABOUT US

Superb flat in a privileged location, completely renovated with a balcony and private access to the beach.
Located in the first line, on the 4th floor, this beautiful flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

Its ideal location will offer you a holiday home with your feet in the water where all amenities and places of interest are within walking distance!
The cycle track linking the Dune du Pilat, Le Moulleau and Arcachon passes right by the residence.

FLAT LAYOUT

The entrance to the flat leads immediately to the living room, delicately decorated and exceptionally bright, with a prodigious view of the Bay! You will always have the feeling of having your feet in the water during your stay.

The living room has a sofa, 4 armchairs, a coffee table as well as a TV, constituting a space entirely turned towards the outside. The access to the balcony is on this side, and you will find an armchair as well as a side table, ideal to have breakfast or an aperitif facing the Bassin d'Arcachon!

The kitchen is an extension of the living area and is fully equipped for optimal service. The work space offers beautiful volumes, and a dining table and its eight bar chairs are also present in this space.

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM LAYOUT

The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160cm).
The staircase then leads to the mezzanine to discover the second bedroom and the shower rooms.
This other bedroom has a queen size bed (160cm) and a single bed (80cm).
Another single bed (80cm) is also located in the common corridor of the mezzanine.

There are two bathrooms.
The first has a double washbasin, a towel dryer and a walk-in shower.
The second, located on the mezzanine, is equipped with a vanity unit, a toilet and a bath.
There is also a separate toilet on the first level.

EXTERIOR

A private access of the residence allows you to reach the beach in a few seconds by a small gate giving on the beach. You will be able to enjoy the beach and the sun at the foot of your accommodation, a major asset for an easy and practical stay. A shower is also available to facilitate your return from the beach to the flat.
There is a secure bicycle storage room in the residence.

FACILITIES & SERVICES

The staircase between the main floor and the first floor is not recommended for children and elderly people.
There are many facilities available, including a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer.
A Wifi connection is of course available and allocated to the accommodation.
A garage for parking a car is also included with the flat.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 500€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 6,24€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS

Solène, a native of the region, will be present on your arrival to welcome you and familiarise you with the flat. She will also be available during your stay for any particular request or information.
