Petite maison agréable mais qui doit être rafraîchie
Très bonne situation, environnement très agréable et beaucoup de charme pour cette petite maison qui mériterait d'être rafraîchie (tapisseries, peintures intérieures) et un ménage approfondi pour être à la hauteur d'une location 3 étoiles. C'est dommage !

Très agréable maison située dans la ville d'hiver, très calme, à proximité du centre d'Arcachon à pied, équipement complet, on peut ignorer la partie étage si on séjourne à deux.

un petit nid douillet pour les vacances
Si vous recherchez le calme sans être trop éloignés de l'agitation estivale, c'est une excellente adresse. Dotée de toutes les commodités, cette location rassemble tous les atouts pour passer un bon séjour. Nous recommandons !
