Completely renovated in October 2014. 2nd floor of a small residence located near the Thiers and Eyrac jetties: entrance (cupboard), large living room with splendid pool view, large bay window opening onto balcony-terrace, 2 sofas, flat screen tv, player DVD; kitchen (4 induction hobs, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine); crockery and complete equipment; some games and toys for children; master bedroom with queen-size bed and dressing room opening onto the south balcony (+ 190x80 extra mattress in natural latex under the bed); bedroom with 140 bed (+ extra natural latex mattress under the bed) and cupboard opening onto the south balcony; bathroom (Italian shower); separate wc; marble floors in the living room and new parquet floors in the bedrooms; electric shutters.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! L’appartement était exactement tel qu’annoncé et que dire de l’emplacement! Absolument parfait. J’y étais avec ma mère, ma sœur et ma fille de 9 ans et tout le monde a été enchanté. Nous serions resté plus longtemps! Et il y avait beaucoup de jeux et jouets de plage pour le bonheur de ma fille.Merci Muriel pour l’accueil!

Juste parfait!

Nous avons séjourné du 12 au 19 juillet 2024 dans cet appartement. La location est juste exceptionnel: à 2 pas de tout!! plage, restaurants, commerce...Nous avons garé la voiture dans le parking en dessous de l'immeuble le 1 er jour et nous l'avons reprise le dernier! Tout est faisable à pied ou en vélo. A recommander sans hésitation!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement, très agréable et très bien situé avec vue sur le bassin, ce qui, apportait du mouvement et de la fraîcheur, appréciable avec la canicule. Il est proche des commerces et du marché et la plage est devant l'immeuble. Cette situation est très appréciable ainsi que le parking, vu la circulation dans Arcachon l'été. A recommander

L'appartement est juste parfait, situation idéale, balcon avec une vue incroyable sur le bassin. L'appartement est hyper fonctionnel et nous avons bcp apprécié la petite attention avec la bouteille de vin pour accompagner nos premières huîtres. Bref tout était parfait. Appartement très bien placé et très bien équipé. La vue sur le bassin est imprenable. Et le trajet pour aller à la plage réduit au minimum. Présence appréciable d un parking privé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . Merci pour la bouteille d'accueil !
