Small one-bedroom apartment (approximately 33 m²) on the ground floor of a quiet building in the Pereire district.
It features a terrace with a pleasant small garden, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors with friends or family.
There is no parking space, but street parking is free.
In the entrance alcove, you'll find a bunk bed offering two single beds (90 cm).
The main room has a sleeping area with a double bed (140 cm) for two people, allowing you to relax after a day exploring our beautiful city of Arcachon. It also includes a wardrobe, a living area with TV and Wi-Fi, and a small dining area opening onto the terrace.
A small, fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, oven, stovetop, washing machine, and microwave.
A bathroom with a toilet. A baby cot is also available if needed. You're just 300 meters from the beach for afternoon swims and 1 km from the town center to enjoy the many shops. Several local shops are easily accessible, and Notre Dame Church is close to this apartment.

Nice flat in a beautiful neighbourhood
Very nice Appartment with terrace and a small garden. Well rund residence with nice neighbours. Beautiful neighbourhood 2 minutes walking distance from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center. Appartment was well equipped with a small kitchen and a washing machine for laundry.
Just the price for the linen was a bit exaggerated with 65 Euros for a family for 4 nights. Quality of internet box (39 EUR per week) is not so strong.
But I would definitely recommend the place and stay again!

Très bien pour passer des vacances. Proche de la plage, assez proche du centre ville pour y aller à pied. Au niveau amélioration : mettre la télé sur un support mural afin de libérer l'espace par le petit meuble par terre, la plaque de cuisson a été changé, une casserole ne passe pas sur l'induction (et elle est pratique car grande), mettre un plat rectangulaire pour le four. Sinon très bien au niveau de l'aménagement.

N'oubliez pas vos lingettes
A vivre le logement est pratique pour deux adultes et deux enfants. Mais le manque d'hygiène s'est avéré déplorable : grilles du frigo grasses, moisissures dans les joints, poêle grasse, moisissures dans le bac de la machine à laver, sable dans l'évier de la cuisine, hotte grasse, bas du rideau de salle de bain marron, brosse de WC à changer, couverture poussiéreuse... nous avons donc commencé par nettoyer alors que le forfait-ménage était inclus . Il aurait fallu que l'état des lieux soit fait avec l'agence, ce qui n'a pas été le cas. Bon certes, les locataires suivants seront satisfaits... nous avons effacé toutes les preuves de saleté ou presque ! Sinon des voisins assez bruyants, on peut suivre leurs conversations dans le jardin à chaque repas. Un logement qui donne donc envie d'aller voir la concurrence... les hôtes airbnb sont nettement plus respectueux de leurs locataires, on gardera dorénavant cette formule de location.
