Beautiful, recently built apartment on the 1st floor of a modern building in the heart of Arcachon, with private parking.
The apartment includes an entrance hall with a closet, a toilet, a lovely living room with a sofa bed, TV, dining area, balcony, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, stovetop, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine). The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and one bedroom with two single bunk beds (90cm). There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet.
A parking space is available in the underground garage with access via a freight elevator. Wi-Fi is included.
Located close to shops, restaurants, the train station, and beaches.
Final cleaning is included.
Linens are not provided but can be rented. For example, a set of single sheets and towels is €30/week, a set of double sheets and towels for two people is €40/week, and a set of queen sheets and towels for two people is €45/week. Discounts are available for longer stays.

Très bonne location
Propriété très bien sécurisée, silencieuse, très proche, avec ascenseur, parking privé en sous-sol sécurisé, seul petit problème, un peu brillant côté avenue, ancien double vitrage. Sinon très très agréable, avec tout le confort espéré sur l'annonce.
