Arcachon Abatilles district - Pretty air-conditioned house of 104m2 near the beach composed of: an entrance to the living room (TV/WIFI) with its dining area, a bedroom (bed 140X190cm/storage), a fully equipped kitchen (washing -dishes, oven, induction hob, hood, electric coffee maker, washer-dryer etc...), a small terrace on the kitchen side with its furniture (electric plancha, parasol...), a reading room, a a bathroom (Italian shower/1 basin/towel dryer), a separate toilet, upstairs: the staircase is not suitable for young children, no ramp, 1 bed 140X190cm with office space on the landing and a bedroom in the attic (bed 140X200cm/blackout skylight/fan). Terrace with its furniture. Easy parking in front of the house.
