Banheiro não aquecia a água do chuveiro, além disso estava a vazar corrente (dando choque), a única funcionária que estava no estabelecimento, até tentou ajudar... mas não tinha habilidades. De início a internet não funcionou, o que me causou transtornos pois eu tinha que usar o notebook para trabalhar. Por volta das 22h a funcionária da recepção avisou que alguém iria no quarto verificar. Eu disse que não precisava mais pois já estávamos deitado à cama; ainda assim alguém bateu à porta... e com um argumento pífio de que nós havíamos colocado roupas encostando no roteador e por isso parou de funcionar. Ele desconectou o fio, voltou a reconectar, e a internet supostamente estava funcionando. (apresentou sinal mas não rodava nada), Além do mais no quarto em que ficamos, havia uma parte do gesso do teto rachado bem acima da cama... que fez minha esposa dormir (de pés à cabeça com medo) Enfim... Café da manhã com abacaxi estragado, muitas moscas... não tinha pão suficiente para todos os poucos hóspedes. Foi frustrante.

Experiência horrível, quarto sujo, banho frio, Internet sem sinal, lâmpada queimada, enxoval incompleto, água do poço sem tratamento com sabor salobra e extremamente calcária; não tinha frigobar no quarto por fim 05h da manhã uma transportadora ao lado inicia os trabalhos, um barulho insuportável. Não se iludam com as fotos e fachadas modernas. Obs: hospedei no apartamento 114

Equipe muito atenciosa. Café da manhã muito justo considerando o valor da diária. O hotel fica cerca de 5km do centro de Arapiraca, em cima de um posto de gasolina e atende bem a demanda de quem vai trabalhar naquela cidade.
