Very disappointed even after request room to be cleaned it was not done. New towels have to be requested everyday.

Sri Aadhish Grand
Toilet seat was broken. Most importantly the booking by Expedia was not reflected in the hotel register. I had to make frantic phone calls to sort out the issue. I was charged 1000 Rs more since I booked thru Expedia
