3-bedroom chalet, sleeps 8, south terrace, close to lifts, fully equipped

Three-bedroom chalet located in sector F1 on the resort map, 1,600 metres from the village centre and 1,000 metres from the ski lifts. The property features a south-facing terrace with panoramic views over the village.

With a surface area of 70 mÂČ, the chalet can accommodate up to 8 guests. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a double bed. Bedroom 3 is furnished with two bunk beds (the upper bunks are not suitable for children under 6 years old) and a sofa bed (clic-clac).

The property includes a bathroom and separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, fridge, four gas hobs, microwave, and dishwasher. The living area is fitted with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. A washing machine is also available.

For safety reasons, the fireplace must not be used. The chalet is non-smoking and gas-heated.

A neighbouring chalet accommodating up to 10 guests (reference: CHALEN) is also available for group bookings.

A range of additional services are available to book, including end-of-stay cleaning, linen hire, and baby equipment. During the winter season, enjoy discounts of up to 35% on ski passes and equipment hire. Bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April (excluding short stays). TrÚs déçu

La photo prĂ©sentĂ©e sur le site, ne reflĂšte pas la rĂ©alitĂ©, hormis la superbe vue, la salle trĂšs encombrĂ©e, avec une table d'1,50m x 0,70m, vraiment beaucoup trop petite pour s’installer Ă  7 ou 8 personnes !Sur la terrasse, se trouve une table de salon de jardin, mais aucune chaise de disponible, obliger de prendre les chaises intĂ©rieures.Logement trĂšs "vieillot" et demande une bonne rĂ©fection (crĂ©pi sale, fauteuil sale, canapĂ© 2 places pas confortable du tout, etc...), il y a de la vieille moquette partout et ce n’est pas sain, beaucoup de vaisselle sale, une assiette et une tasse Ă©brĂ©chĂ©es (que nous n’avons pas utilisĂ©es car par contre, il y avait ce qu’il fallait au niveau de la vaisselle), le lave-vaisselle trĂšs sale Ă©galement, puisqu’il a fallu nettoyer le filtre avant de l'utiliser (nous avons des photos Ă  l’appui Ă  vous fournir, si vous le souhaitez).Dans la troisiĂšme chambre, se trouve un canapĂ© clic-clac et 2 lits superposĂ©s (sur lesquels il manque une latte au sommier), ces derniers sont trĂšs inconfortables et il n’y a aucun rangement pour entreposer nos affaires.L'accĂšs au logement pas pratique du tout, un chemin de terre en pente, quand il neige, il faut faire trĂšs attention Ă  ne pas glisser, les voitures doivent ĂȘtre garĂ©es sur un "parking" en terre Ă  100m et si nous nous arrĂȘtons en haut du chemin pour dĂ©charger nos affaires, le vĂ©hicule se trouve juste Ă  la sortie d'un virage, pas trĂšs sĂ©curisant. Plus assez de place pour tout vous dire.
